Americans, they make the decision to continue feeding us
poor-quality foods. Thus, the importance of being educated and
looking out for ourselves when grocery shopping.
Vani also explains how you can make the transition from eating
processed and artificially-flavoured foods to eating healthy and

We have the obligation to educate ourselves on what is happening to
our food. The ultra-processed foods that enormous companies are
putting on the shelves at grocery stores are not the best for our
health despite their marketing efforts to make it appear as so.
Education is the first step in making informed
We must learn how to rely on our own cooking skills to eat and not
the meals which are made by a machine. Learning how to cook with
whole ingredients is the easiest and simplest way to make eating
healthy an achievable goal.
The system is working against us. Our food is not being made to
energize us nor to fuel us anymore. Our food is being made in a way
to maximize profits all while delivering the bare minimum
